Lynda Monick-Isenberg is an artist and educator whose
work is rooted in the principles of social justice and
environmentalism, raising questions of equity, action and
art and designs opportunity to address change. Her
drawings and tapestries have been exhibited nationally
and are part of both public and private collections. Lynda
has held numerous faculty and administrative positions in
colleges and universities in the Twin Cities with a focus on
first year art and design studies, teaching artist
programming and art educators continuing studies. 
In addition, she has participated in the development
and implementation of community based teaching
artist residencies working with teachers and
administrators both metro and outstate. Her
community work includes K-12 observational drawing curriculum development and instruction integrated with science and language arts, arts integration professional development workshops, mentoring teaching artists post graduation, and participation in visual arts residencies with special populations. She was a core member of WARM, an initial member of the Jewish Woman's Art Circle and a founding member of Form+Content Gallery.
